Notice your breath during few inhales and exhales.
Keep you eyes open (or close them, if it feels easier). Try to go behind your eyes.
Try also to lay back on your body. We have a tendency to lean forward.
Just be. Behind your beautiful eyes.
Try to stay aware of how you look things and other people, when you finish this practice.
It’s important to have an intention towards everything we do, and gaze is an essential part of it. If you dance or play sports, you know this.
We can appreciate other people by having an intention to actually listen to them, and really watch them, not by staring, but eyes focused and relaxed.
